Sunday August 13 – Antiques in Bay Street with David Pollard

David Pollard is a now-retired third generation antique dealer whose parents opened Mildenhall Antiques at 423-427 Bay Street Brighton in 1960. In this talk, he'll take us through the history of antique shops in Bay Street as well as his own experiences and areas of expertise in the business.

Do you have an unusual treasure you’d like to know more about? Attendees are invited to bring one or two objects for David to look at and possibly provide additional information.

The talk will be followed by afternoon tea.

Where: Brighton Historical Society, first floor, Bayside Arts and Cultural Centre (Old Town Hall), corner Wilson and Carpenter Street
